Everyone who wishes to volunteer at the ReStore must complete a release and waiver form. It is available below for printing. All minors who wish to work at the ReStore must complete the form and have it signed by parent or legal guardian. You must bring this completed form to the ReStore before you can engage in any ReStore related activities.
